- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I went into the store this morning to ship back a package but I hadn't gotten a chance to print a return shipping label. When I asked if they could print it for me the owner said yes, but it would cost me $5. I thought he was joking so I asked if he was serous and he launches into a rude rant on all the things he has to maintain in order to have a printer available. I was willing to pay the obscene price so I didn't have to drive back across town before his attitude. Not now. Will never willingly do business here again. Update: went across the street to Staples and they not only printed my label for free, but taped up my box. They are a UPS center, there is no need to go to the UPS store ever.
