- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Horrible! We had auto and renters insurance with him for quite a few years. We moved out of state last month, and asked him to cancel BOTH policies effective 3/28/17. He only cancelled our auto, effective 3/31/17, which caused an auto draft. I had specifically asked him to make sure to cancel the auto draft, as we already have coverage in our new state.
